As part of the production team at HERE at Outernet, a 2,000-capacity live events venue in central London, I work as a Production Resource Manager, supporting the delivery of large-scale live events within one of the most technologically advanced venues in the city.

My role involves coordinating internal processes across production, programming, and operations teams to ensure complex shows are delivered smoothly — from early planning and logistics through to live execution. I manage multidisciplinary productions that combine music, visual media, and immersive technologies, while maintaining clear communication between artists, creative teams, and our technical production department. Alongside this, I am responsible for workforce strategy, including planning, allocation of resources, and oversight of production timelines. 

To date, I have coordinated show production for over 100 international live acts, including Charli XCX, Floating Points, Sherelle, Caroline Polachek, Jorja Smith, Ice Spice and more.
